How To Delete Your Account

Open the Progress tab, go to the Account section, tap "Delete My Account and Data," and confirm once. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile (name, age, stroke, events, goals, preferences)
• Daily check-ins
• Completed missions
• Saved lessons
• Race entries
• AI Coach chat history

What Is Kept, and Why

Messages flagged by our automated crisis-safety system are retained for up to 3 years after deletion for safety and legal-compliance reasons (see our Privacy Policy). They are never used for marketing and are not restored to your account.

Cancel Billing First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid Stripe subscription. Cancel it first (see Refunds & Cancellations) so you aren't charged again for a plan you can no longer use.

Not Ready to Delete Everything?

You can sign out instead and keep your data intact, or turn off reminders in Settings if notifications are the issue.

For Parents

Parents and guardians can delete a teenager's account together from the Progress tab, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL] for help.
